I think I’m loosing a lot of interest in this website because I have not been active and cannot bring myself to work on it! I thought a couple of times about closing it down but I have a lot of moments like these when I feel like quiting and then come want to go strong again after a break. So I decided against it but this time I think I’m back for good. It really good to know that I still am getting visitors and the same amount of hits even after the long wait. So thanks for visiting and come back soon for updates. But this is just a short post to let you guys know that I am alive and well.

I don’t know what to say. As soon as school let out the last thing on my mind has been this site. It’s crazy to hear myself finally admit that but it’s the truth. Over the summer I’ve just been so busy enjoying vacationing, which I’m sure is understandable, right? A couple weeks ago I even tried to update the site, I was completely uninspired and had no drive whatsoever to even work on it and just gave up. =| BUT, i’m back now so hopefully that will no longer be an issue. The layout isn’t anything original or extraordinary just something I quickly tossed together because I finally felt like designing, if that makes any sense. I think to come up with a well put together site, you have to want and feel like doing it or else it’ll look like you didn’t care lol.

I owe a huge apology to my affies! I am so sorry I did not inform you of my hiatus. I wouldn’t even call it a hiatus because I didn’t even know I was taking one. Each day I would say, “I’m going to work on the site!” But I would never get around to it. So lazy, huh?? If you no longer want to be affies, I completely understand. So no hard feelings. =)

It’s pretty late and I’m feeling dead beat because I spent all day at the beach, but I’ll be sure to update tomorrow. Oh and this time I promise lmao.

Lately, I have been getting alot of questions from business owners about creating a website for them. I know that I have told you guys about something like this before, but it’s happening more often now. I’m really cautious about this whole thing. =\

If you have been keeping up with me then you would know that I’ve had a really bad experience with designing another website for someone else. To make a long story short, the guy had no idea what he wanted and it took me all of september all the way up til february to finish and I only got paid about $100 for it. And to top it all off it was a really good website too! (About 5 pages, a gallery, and a guestbook…etc) I feel like I got jipped but my mom likes to think of it as getting experience.

My mom thinks I should charge $250 for this new business owner, while my sister thinks I should charge $500. I’m considering a price somewhere in between. I really want to know your opinion because you know how hard this designing thing can be.

How much would you charge someone for a website?

It’s been a while since I last updated my blogs but I’m still alive, just in case any of you were concerned lol. Ive been really busy with school (as usual) since the end of the year is just about here, I’ve been working really hard to keep my 3.0 average and it’s not easy.

I am so excited for the weather to get warmer, I really want to go swimming! =D It seems like it’s not going to happen any time soon if the temperature keeps up these mood swings.

In my previous blog I mentioned that I wanted to get back to the updates and all that good stuff. I’ve been working on it, I haven’t forgoten. I want to come up with some really creative idea for brushes and make them some time soon.

Spam has been killing me for the past couple of days! I had to delete over 100 comment posts from those little bot thingys over and over again. It was really insane. I don’t know why I thought I wouldn’t need a spam blocker but I installed one yesterday. It requires no CAPTCHA or adding numbers lol so it should be fairly easy. It seems to be working fine…for now.

In the mean time, thanks for all the support on my previous blog. It’s nice to know I’m not the only one who gets freaked out like that when it comes to presenting. I got an A on the project but I completely sucked on the speaking part. The night before I memorized what I was going to say and as soon as the teacher called me up, I blanked and forgot everything I was going to say.

I really want to get back into updating but I’m not sure what people are looking for these days, it’s possible I might put up a poll. I adore this current layout, I think it’s one of my best so far but I think it’s time for a new one. Speaking of new, I have a new affie, Lucia from Jetspray.org. Her site is amazing so do her favor and check it out.

Am I the only one who thinks spring break went by way to quick? Well it didn’t exactly speed on by but I just wished it lasted a little longer. A couple of hours I was in school thinking how much it sucks that I was sitting in class bored out of my mind instead of sleeping in my bed! Speaking of school I have this presentation coming up tomorrow morning in my web designing class and I HATE public speaking! I always know what I’m talking about and my presentations are always good but I hate the whole class staring at you part. Way to make you feel uncomfortable right? =/

All to all my loyal visitors who frequently stop by to check up on me and my lame life, thanks so much! I was so happy to see the comments I got. It means you guys didn’t completely forget about me while I tried to get my site together. I appreciate all the suggestions to try to fix my gravatars, I’m still working on it though. I’ll fix it sooner or later. Wait. DIdn’t I say that in my last blog??

It’s raining so hard outside, lightning and all so my “peeps” are telling me to cut off the computer…and my tv…and my flatiron… and all those other electronics lmao so it’s time to log off.
